Why pay-to-bid?
Well, as you've probably seen already, we have a great range of products available and they are selling for an average of 70% off RRP. You probably thought to yourself like many others...how is this possible?
So basically everyone who is bidding has purchased their credits and for every bid you place, between one and three bid credits be deducted from your account and the price of the auction will increase by just 1p. So there you have it...One Great Product, One Great Price!!
What products do we sell?
At MadBid.com we have over 1,600 products available for auction from top brands at up to 70% off the RRP. We also offer our 'But it Now' option on 25% of our product range at the moment.
Our ethics!
At MadBid.com we believe in offering a fun, exciting and ultimately fair bidding platform. That is why have set out some rules in our T&C's to ensure that everyone plays nicely!! We are the only pay-to-bid auction site that is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and we are pro-actively working with Trading Standard to ensure the best customer experience possible.

- A. False. Every single user on MadBid.com is verifiable and every account can only be activated via a unique UK registered mobile number.

- A. False. We are a business and as such our aim is to make a profit and we do make a profit on some auctions but there are also many where we do not.
Our Charity Support
At MadBid.com we believe in helping others which is why we are proud to support The Children's Trust, our 2011 official charity partner. To date we've raised over £5,000 for charitable causes and we hope to push on and raise another £20,000 for The Children's Trust in 2011.

Meet the management team!
William Cooper is non-executive chairman of MadBid.com. William was previously CEO of TradeDoubler, Europe's largest online marketing group with a presence in 19 countries in Europe and Asia.
Juha Koski is Managing Director at MadBid.com and has been running the company since March 2008. Juha has over 10 years of experience in various roles in strategy, equity research, product development and sales.
Madhur Srivastava is Operations Director at MadBid.com and joined the management team in March 2008. Madhur has over 9 years of experience in managing teams in strategic consulting projects and product development with extensive experience in leading technology projects.
Daniel Rovira is Finance Director at MadBid.com and joined the management team in November 2008. Daniel has over 8 years of experience in finance, most recently in private equity at Goldman Sachs in London.
Aleksi Asikainen is Technical Director at MadBid.com and is the chief engineer behind the MadBid platform. Aleksi has over ten years of experience in various roles in software development and online technology.
