How do I get MadBid Credits?
MadBid.com is an online store where you compete with other users to win brand new products. All auctions start at £0.00 and each bid increases the price by one penny. With each bid, the timer is reset and seconds are added to give others the opportunity to counter-bid. If you are the highest bidder when the timer reaches zero and the auction closes – you win! To place a bid on an auction you need credits. Each bid requires between 1-8 credits and is shown by the symbols: Before you are able to get credits you need to first Register. What happens if I win?
When you win an auction you will be notified by free SMS text and email messaging. The message will contain instructions on how to complete the checkout process for paying and receiving your winnings.
What happens if I don’t win?
Look out for auctions that have the option to Buy-Now
On Buy-Now auctions, the cost of credits spent on bidding can be used as a discount towards buying the product outright should you not win the auction. A large number of auctions on MadBid.com have the Buy-Now option, so look to bid on those auctions for great savings even if you don't win! On non-Buy-Now auctions, there is no discount for spent credits, so if you are out-bid by another user, you will have to place another bid if you still wish to win the item.How do I know MadBid.com is the real deal?
