Where can I spend my Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be redeemed in all M&S stores in the UK, Eire and the Channel Islands. This includes Outlet, railway, motorway and airport stores. M&S Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for M&S product in BP stores. Gift Card cannot be accepted for transactions over the telephone.

Can I use a Gift Card purchased in another country in your UK stores?
Gift Cards purchased in Eire and the Channel Islands can be used in the UK. Where necessary, our till system will convert Euro and Sterling Gift Card balances using the appropriate exchange rate.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes. All we ask is that the Gift Card is used at least once every two years. Cards will expire 24 months after their last use. If you do not wish to re-use a fully redeemed Gift Card, it will be retained by the M&S store and recycled.
